Route
I Would Ignore Everything Except This House.
Go to the Top Floor and take an immediate Right, the Safe will sit in the same Corner every Time.
I'm not sure if the Safe spawns in the Houses around these 2 Floor Buildings, but i've previously tried every day since the Update and never found a Safe anywhere else.
