Set Up The Relaoded Thingymjiggy
install Reloaded-II[github.com] on GitHub (Release.zip)
after installing all the prerequisite nonsense, click on the + icon on the left hand side and add the application path to P3P.
To do that, right click on P3P on steam and click on "Browse Local Files"
The left side should look something like this.

Put The Mod In The Thing
the RELOADED way
in the top right, youll see a cheeky little gear with a plus next to it. click that and youll find a nice list of mods to use with the game. find the mod you want and hit download. if you have multiple games on reloaded and have trouble finding the mods, you can click "All Sources" in the top left and click on P3P.
go back to the P3P icon, and your mod should show up. click the box to enable it.
click "Launch Application" in the corner and enjoy the mods. you should be able to use the mods when launching from steam without having to launch from reloaded.
the manual way
alternatively, if you find that way to be dumb, you can find the mod you want to download on GB. The mod I chose is the Colorful Skills mod from Pixelguin.[gamebanana.com]
the best place to install mods from is GameBanana, if you catch someone saying NexusMods chase them down the street.
in your main Reloaded-II folder, create a new folder simply called "Mods". in that folder, dump the mod contents in to the folder (make sure the folder of the mod has a bunch of dots in it. thats the only thing reloaded can read.)
go back to the P3P icon on Reloaded-II, and your mod should show up. click the box to enable it.
click "Launch Application" in the corner and enjoy the mods. you should be able to use the mods when launching from steam without having to launch from reloaded.
