Note that one energy cell does not appear on the map.
It's in the Misty Woods and it is MISSABLE. Picture of its location below.
Missable pickups are also located in the Ginso Tree and Forlorn Ruins, since you can't go back.
Also, before going into the Forlorn Ruins, if you want all of the Map Stones completed, make sure that you have one map stone fragment with you.
