Problem And Solution
I realised my queue times were extremely high and even when I found matches I kept getting matched with same people
Latency seemed to be rather random ranging between 30 to 160 ms ping
Opening Player Profile and changing my Region manually to where I am located solved this problem
I assume the "Auto" option might be bugged for certain regions
After selecting Europe I was able to find matches under a minute and within 30-80 ms ping range
I hope anyone whos also having this problem is able to solve it by doing this
