Intro

So, you wish to be slick, perhaps even fly, and reach those towns before all other knight. To do this, you will need a few vital tools which I will go over in this guide.

With my help I assure you you will become the most popular kid in your elementary school. As the late Sun Tzu, speed maketh the man.

Drifting

Now, this part should be very straight forward if you have played Mario Cart so I won't go over the basics, rather the sneaky things the feature allows you to do.

STRAIGHT DRIFTING

With drifting you are allowed to enter it at any point in time even when not turning. Due to this you can basically spam the drift.

What you want to do is start the drift and immediately counter its direction. Thus, if you start drifting left, hold right, etc. If you are doing it right you should only slightly drift left, or not at all.

This allows you to basically have zero directional change and get some easy level 1 boosts.

Map Shortcut

This skill is very situational but provides massive benefits if possible to pull off.

In your inventory, you may have noticed you have a map. Holding this map while riding on a horse provides you a small minimap. This minimap shows you a map of your possible routes and every other route.

Every once in a while you may see your road curving back in on itself, or a road straight into a town is just a short distance away. It is way faster to just take walk through the grass to that other road. There are fences in place to stop this however due to the way they are placed they are easy to bypass and also do not slow you down so much that it would be faster to take the road.

That's basically all the tips you really need to be the fastest kid on the block.
