Kerbal Space Program 2 Bypass The Launcher (Easy Method)

Go To KSP2 Folder, And Create A Shortcut Of The KSP2_x64 Folder

Navigate to: This PC > (drive KSP2 is in, likely C) > Program Files (x86) > steam > steamapps

> common > Kerbal Space Program 2

Then you will see an exe with the ksp2 logo named KSP2_x64.

Left click this once, it should be highlighted, now right click it and you will see a box with some options. Click "Show More Options"

Now you have two choices: If you want this to immediately go to your desktop as a shortcut icon then hover over "Send To" and then choose "desktop." If you would like control over where it goes just hit the fourth option from the bottom "Create Shortcut" and it will appear, you can then drag this shortcut wherever you want it.

Now, any time you click the shortcut it instantly launches the game without even starting the launcher.

This bypasses the launcher, but does not change launch behavior from Steam. You must launch from this shortcut to bypass the launcher. It is an easier method than changing the Steam launch behavior but if you wish to do that then there are other guides explaining that method.
