1) Extract the RAR file with the mod
2) Open the extracted folder
3)Transfer the files from the mod folder to the “Data” folder of the game.

What If I Have A Lot Of FPS And The Game Does Not Work Properly?
If you have a lot of fps in the game, the mouse, helicopter and safari jeep controls will stop working. This happens when the fps is higher than 60. Limitation through Nvidia center doesn't work, so I found a working way - RivaTuner. It's a crap that installs with MSI AfterBurner that allows you to set a fps limit on any program.
Here's a guide to these horrors, because I can't explain it clearly myself.
