Spoiler-free Masks and Puzzle Pieces Locations

Introduction

This guide is supposed to be a very much spoiler-free guide of what to get in each level in chronological order. Avoiding to mention what mask it is and even which are the puzzle themselves. Also I avoid mentioning what sort of room you will find the items if I think that it is a spoiler, just using a general direction on the level itself and sometimes furniture. That should be enough and this way I avoid giving more information about the levels themselves.

Since the level names and numbers themselves are a bit of a spoiler by themselves I had to choose which one to use. So I chose their names, as that is something that can be more easily ignored than a number if you're making an effort to ignore those (at least it is to me).

Some of the directions will sound very vague like "on a body", but you can find those easily if you know what to look for.

If you want to know a specific one, know that I took the guide Tyranny of Fun made and basically rearranged it and removed the minor spoilers. So most of the credit should go to him, and if you're looking for specific information, that is the one to go look at.

But remember that they are in chronological order. So if you want you could just basically count down to whichever level you want to look at. The first one is the Prelude.

Tips

To pick up a mask, even though sometimes you can, as a general rule you can't have anything in your hands. If you still can't pick up a mask, finish the level and return to the mask when all enemies are dead.

The puzzle pieces are tiny purple blocks. To pick up them stand on one and right click.

Puzzle pieces in the guide are in the lines that start with P, masks are in the ones that start with M.

The Guide

The Metro

P: Bottom left corner of the first floor.

No Talk

P: Top left corner of the second floor, in the kitchen.

Overdose

P: Bottom right corner of the second floor, in the bathroom next to toilet.

M: On a corpse.

Decadence

P: Bottom left corner of the second floor, close to a chair.

Tension

P: Left side of the middle room in the second floor, close to the window.

Full House

P: Bottom right of the first floor, in the kitchen area, right of the chairs.

M: After you finish the level, walk around the house to a sewer grate. Bring a crowbar to open, there's always one at the start of the level.

Clean Hit

P: Bottom right of the second floor, close to the second bush from top.

Neighbors

P: Top left corner of the first floor, in the bed room, next to the table.

Push It

P: Top right corner of the second floor entered from the right side of the first floor.

M: On a body, right as you enter the level.

Crackdown

P: Top middle of the second floor, right next to the elevator. You'll learn you need to get there FAST, just cut a path straight there.

Hot & Heavy

P: The floor which entrance is the top right door from the starter one, bottom left room with deck chairs and pool in it, next to a chair.

M: On a body.

Deadline

P: Bottom left of the second floor, in the dark room, below the desk next to wall.

Trauma

P: Bottom right of where you start, in the bathroom next to toilet.

Assault

P: Bottom left corner of the first floor, in the bathroom, next to toilet.

M: Upper right corner of the third level, on the table.

Vengeance

P: In the bathroom of third floor that you see right as you come up the stairs, top left next urinals.

Showdown

P: Left side of the first floor, between the sofa and the chair next to wall.

Safehouse

M: Top left corner of the level, on the counter. Get it on the way back.

Minor walkthrough note. By now you probably should check your puzzle menu. You can easily find the order trying to place them until they stick. Hint: one of the words is "the" .

Resolution

M: Laying on top of a box in the second screen.
