joke... but actually its true you cant rate a steam game unless you play a certain amount of time.

unless you make steam think you are running the game replacing the exe file.

you can copy WINDOWS\system32\mspaint.exe or any other exe you want.

change the name of the BH3.exe in the game folder and rename your exe into BH3.exe

Now you can launch steam. wait 1 to 5 minutes and now you cant rate the game.
