Step 1. Register
Before you begin you will need to register on the official website: https://www.hiredops.com. You can register on the official website, or with a friend's referral link, which will have a question mark after .com, and an added referral link: Ex. ?Ref = 3523, and it will be credited to them. Click on the button "Sign Up and Play." to begin.
Step 2. Sign Up: Fill In Info
In the window that appears, enter your e-mail and password.
Pay close attention to whether there is a field that says,
"You are registering by the invitation of [your friend's nickname]".
If there is, when registering it will add you to the list of people joined under your friend. If not, it won't count toward their referral list, so make sure you are using their link so they can receive their rewards.
Step 3. Confirm Registration
After clicking "Sign up", you will see a notification in the top right of the screen letting you know to confirm registration by checking your email. Confirm by clicking the link in your email, and return to the website.
Step 4. Connect Steam Account
It is very important that you connect your Steam account. This is the only way for your registration to count toward your friend's referral link. When you start referring more friends they will also need to connect their Steam for it to count so that you will receive your rewards. Consider connecting your Facebook also. Under your email address will be a button, "Connect Steam Account", you click on it and you will be redirected to the Steam window.
There you enter your login and password.
The fields can be automatically filled depending on whether you are logged into your account in your browser. If you are not logged into your Steam account via your browser then you will need to enter an authorization code from your browser, or mobile.
When binding your Steam account, you will receive an additional gift in the form of a camouflage: SURPAT, which shows the pixel pattern.
Step 5. Guidelines For Referral Program
Congratulations! Now you're signed up and your friend has received their bonuses.
Now you can also collect your team of friends who will have to register through your referral link, an example of which you can see in the screenshot.
You will have a private link, that your friends can click on to follow the same steps you did, and collect all your bonuses. Also in the image you can see an example of how they should appear once someone signs up through your referral link.
The white +1 indicates they have registered, and connected their Steam account. A red, or white -1 indicates an account that has already signed up.
Step 6. Referral Bonuses Conditions
For registration of 3 friends on your referral link You get style the BARBWIRE CAMO, which shows the barbed wire on gray background. It is exclusive to referral participants meeting the the outlined conditions.
For the complete registration of 5 friends you will receive the Glock18.
For the complete registration of 10 friends you get the VSS Vintorez.
Step 7. Claiming Your Own Bonuses
Once you have reached your referral goals on your OWN account simply, go back and click on the "Claim Bonus" button below the Bonus Conditions list.
Now that you understand the process, go out and promote...promote like the wind!
Pro Tip: Try posting a game screenshot with your link, and a brief explanation on your FB, and Twitter. Then post this in your Hired Ops/Contract Wars FB groups. If you are not a member of those kind of groups, consider joining, it's a good way to make new friends, and find people to play with. HAVE FUN!
