The Fix
1.First turn off Gsync as it causes this to not work (at least for me)
2.lock minimum frame rate to chosen rate (mine 120)
do the same to maximum frame rate (120)
3.turn terrain quality to low (this only effects far off terrain)
turn on Async compute seemed to help as well
4.turn off blur,screen shake,exposure,speed lines and full screen effects
you can play around with these none of them impressed me
so i shut them off.i have vsync on in game only
