Fixing The Problem
You can either follow the steps listed here or watch the provided YouTube video, both will give you the same steps.
Step 1: Make sure all of your drivers are up to date. this includes GPU, SSD, and GPU.
Step 2: Verify the integrity of the games files. Do this by going to Halo Infinite's steam page (Found in your game library)
Once your on the games page click the cog icon then click properties.
After that click the local files tab and click verify integrity of files and it will do its thing.
After that it may work. If it doesn't, continue on with the rest of the steps. IF IT DOESN'T WORK DON'T UNDO ANY OF THE PREVIOUS STEPS.
Step 3: Disable the high resolution texture pack. this is optional as it depends on how good your PC is. Do this by going to the properties tab again and instead of clicking local files click DLC. After that click the check box to disable the textures.
Step 4: Update your NVIDIA drivers to the newest and latest update.
