For a "normal" way of finding barns just get an offroad car and drive around the area until you find it :D
Finding It With The Second Driving Around Way
Barn finds in Forza Horizon 5 usually have roads to them, so you can easily drive around the area and just turn to dirt roads, as they could go to the barn
Finding It With A Drone
The fastest way to find a barn is by simpling using a drone, to enter drone mode head to the menu, then go to the "Creative Hub" tab, and on the bottom right corner you should see the "Drone mode" button, press it and you will get into your drone!
After entering your drone simply start flying around the search area to find the barn (remember to use turbo :D)
