How To Find The Pinata
This achievement is done in the last chapter (called 'Drift Club Mexico') of the 'Drift Club' Horizon Story in the Mexico map.
You will find the piñata in the first stage of the chapter when you are driving the HOONIGAN GYMKHANA 10 FORD FOCUS RS RX and you arrive to the first roundabout. Screenshots for reference:
