How I Did It
EDIT: Probably a bug, still works though
When you are in the prize counter office, make sure to save before grabbing the security badge, as the badge will trigger Roxy and Monty to hunt you.
Once you've grabbed the badge, but before Gregory has stopped talking, crouch under the save point, facing the clock and other monitors. Do not move or touch anything for the next three minutes.
After that, you should be free to leave!
Once again, not sure if it's a bug or feature, but it is the strat I used and survived with. (Will edit if proven a bug, though!)
