THE METHOD
The method is simple:
During phase one, when Chica, Monty and Roxy come to your room in random order, play until Roxy appears. Then simply place Freddy in the doorway that she's coming from. Make sure to put him right in the doorway or else Roxy might be able to walk around him. Now Roxy won't be able to attack you. Next simply attack Afton as many times as it takes for the ending to happen (a cut scene to play).
