Commentary: Has very high health (more than banished knights) and is sturdy. High poise too. A good tank, not the best DPS, but his lightning can make a mess of an opponent who isn't paying attention. Also knocks opponents down a lot. Punishes opponents who look away with chain lightning strikes.

Lasted much longer than most single-unit summons against the runebear, the damage done to it was primarily because the runebear just couldn't kill him fast enough.

Commentary: Archer shots do low damage, but can proc frost and coordinate very well. They have trouble hitting fast moving targets. Ineffectual in melee. Runebear fur just for show, gets frosted easily.

Would likely be an excellent "frost proc" support if the player can keep larger enemies aggro'd on them and away from the archers.

Commentary: Very agile, and switch between melee and ranged/flying harassment. Inflicts bleed slower than vulgar militia. Resistant to thrust attacks? Repositions around enemy flanks quickly. DPS relies on bleed but not solely. Runebear had a lot of difficulty hitting them at all.

Probably good support in open, chaotic melees.

Commentary: Very aggressive, closes distance and attacks quickly. Highers poise than one would expect, but not the best durability. Very quickly overwhelms even greatshield guards.

Much higher DPS at melee ranged compared to a majority of summons, these guys are berserkers.

Commentary: Very high poise, most attacks are not stopped by greatshields, very aggressive and can hit multiple foes at once.

Attacks can stun omen with each hit, but too slow to do it on its own. Likely extremely effective if the player is helping.

Could withstand runebear attacks without ever being knocked down, but can be stunned.

Commentary: Very high poise, good DPS, high health, aggressive, quickly overwhelms enemy guard.

Compared to Engvall: Oleg has slightly more DPS, and attacks faster, but is also slightly less survivable due to his lack of Engvalls evasive-attack movements. Fares better against the Omen, Engvall slightly better against the runebear. It would also seem that Engvall is better with groups. Oleg would probably fare well against knight opponents lacking greatshields due to his higher attack speed.

Oleg is almost undoubtedly stronger with player support against single targets, whereas Engvall is better for crowd control.

Commentary: A lot of her description can be shortened by saying "she's a Black Knife Assassin". Meaning highly agile, very evasive, and can get around shields. Very effective summon overall, but excels in the right places only.

Has a bit of trouble with greatshielders with spears though. Also some issues in enclosed spaces. Some of her performance is up to RNG. Blade of death does not work against Omens. Takes 2 blade of death to proc runebears, but each successive proc will work the first time.

Ideal environment is an open arena with very little to get stuck on. Can confirm her quicksteps do have a small number of i-frames. Will likely have superior performance to slow or easily staggered bosses that do not spam large AoEs constantly. Anything with limited reach that isn't extremely fast will also get destroyed by her.

Commentary: Wildcard summon. sometimes he performs amazing, other times subpar. capable of ripping through multiple weaker opponents at once before going down though. Not terribly durable compared to other high tier summons, but quite agile.

Has some issues with greatshielded opponents.

Performed shockingly well against omen, bled it multiple times and evaded a lot of its attacks.

Not the best solo summon, but likely very helpful to bleed susceptible opponents when backed by the player. And unlike lesser summons does not rely solely on bleed.

Cleanrot Knight Finlay

Commentary: Will occasionally re-cast buff if survived combat and re-engaged. Gets some hyper armor during buff. Omens are a crippling weakness it would seem.

Finlay is less durable and has less poise compared to other "knights" but is more agile and has more tricks to use. It would also seem that his rot Proc lasts significantly longer than other summons that utilize it.

Crystalian Ashes

Special - Hardened armor (takes extremely little physical damage until stance broken), enemy light attacks bounce off while stance active, Stance does NOT regen until re-summoned. Can be staggered by any attack once stance broken, but still quite durable.

Commentary: Very durable, but extremely slow movement speed. A reliable tank only over short distances. Its attack speed is also low, it can't get a single attack off once stance broken.

Superheavy attacks can still knock it down even with stance still intact. Blunt attacks do significantly more damage. Virtually invincible versus small fry enemies, but lacking the DPS to take out larger ones.

Demi-humans Ashes

Commentary: Extremely relentless attacking at night, will quickly overwhelm enemies with low poise. Because there are five of them, the summon will last a long while as well.

Not great against enemies with wide swings or AoEs, but can still be a lengthy distraction in most scenarios.

Commentary: My god these guys are EXTREMELY aggressive and heavy hitting. Caught me off guard because they attacked immediately after I summoned them, took out half the camp before I even noticed.

They're performance is somewhat variable, but as the numbers show they can do extremely high damage to even heavy hitting enemies without support. They don't survive as long as other defensive summons, but they do a hell of a lot of damage.

Commentary: Summons attack relentless but single-minded. No coordination.

As of 1.04 enemies will try and double tap summons midway through the revival animation, but only if the AI sees them, and even then the AI has issues hitting them (Except runebear).

I know from experience these guys make for great harassment and support for the player, since nearby enemies will switch aggro to the player after the skeletons are down almost 100% of the time.

Commentary: Slow and very low attack range, but surprisingly durable and high poise. Higher damage than you would expect as well. Collateral damage can potentially take out all three units, explosion has moderate damage, but very low blast radius.

Poor choice for tanky units, as they cannot keep aggro on them very well, but decent choice for cheap squad members. Takes more damage from strike attacks.

Commentary: Ever wanted to annoy your enemies to death? Well Deenths got you covered! He will straight up fly circles around enemies trying to hit him, guard against him, and fly all over the battlefield in the most chaotic way possible! A quote from one of the guards: "This thing is f$$$ing impossible to hit!!"

Needs a bit of luck versus an omen, but was still annoying the crap out of it. Not able to damage it or the runebear, unsurprisingly.

Commentary: Heavy bleed damage procs quickly when they get a chance to strike. Because of this they're capable of surprisingly huge damage against opponents that they shouldn't rightly be able to deal with.

Obviously not effective when opponent is immune to bleed (crucible knights). AI can be a bit buggy, not being aggressive at times, and being super aggressive at others, hence the widely varying results.

Runebear has issues hitting them due to small hitboxes.

Commentary: Less agile compared to Stormhawk Deenh, but more aggressive and does higher damage. About as difficult to hit though.

Very good at annoying the Omen.
