Crawl off your gamer chair and walk outside your lair.
Look For A Bright Ball In The Sky
As Solaire says "The sun is a wondrous body. Like a magnificent father!"
Look for an object of this description in the sky.
Note there may be clouds or even a moon. If this is the case, then you must wait until the sun is properly visible. You will know what the sun is when you seen it.
Salute The Sun
Stare into the magnificence of the sun (use sunglasses if you are to weak). Put your feet together, straighten your back, then raise your arms into a y position where they create about a 135 degree angle between your arms and torso.
Understand That It Is Ok To Cry
The sun may be intimidating at first, but understand that this age of fire will never wane so long as the fire is linked. Praise the sun.
