For NVIDIA Cards Only.
Open;
Nvidia Control Panel and click the ''Adjust Desktop Color Settings'' under Display. If you have one monitor it will automaticly choose the monitor in that settings but if you do have multiple monitors, choose the first monitor with 1 numbered. Under the settings, you will see ''Content type reported to the display:'' It's mostly default choosed ''Auto-Selected (Recommended)'' mode for you. Change that to ''Desktop Programs'' and right corner down of the Nvidia Control Panel, click apply. Once you apply, restart your computer and should fix it for you.
I'll poke some folders and look around see if i can able to find black screen fix for AMD cards, i'll update ASAP.
Praise the Sun!
