Mohg(lester) is a demigod who's just as big of a pain in the ass if not more than his equally repulsive brother Morgott, unlike Morgott however Mohg has embraced the nasty and decided to weaponize his countless STD's in the form of his burning exploding blood. Not to worry though, I'm going to give you a nice rundown on how to not catch Crabs, AIDS, HIV, and every other known STD in Mohg's arsenal so you can go on living a clean happy life.
Keep Yourself Safe
Now that you're aware of Mohglester's weaponized STD's it's time to ♥♥♥, keep yourself safe (from his aids)
While there's consumables that you can use yes talismans are the real cure to cancer (in Elden Ring) they will help your survivability so you can go from 1 shot, to 2 shot (Fk you Draconic Tree Sentinel)
While you may be tempted to stick with your old faithful tried and true build, you may want to consider at least for this fight switching it up for a bit of survivability and a guaranteed free damage buff through out the fight.
I'd recommend the Talismans, Lord of Blood's Exultation, Spelldrake Talisman +2, Flamedrake Talisman +2, and Dragoncrest Shield Talisman +2/Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman.
With these talismans you'll be able to shrug off the majority of his weaponized STD's that he'll be spending the majority of the fight throwing at you and take a few hits from his horny stick before having to heal. Probably. Really depends if you leveled Vigor or not.
Mohg Puts The Nasty In Dynasty
While you may be tempted to summon other players to solve all your problems for you anytime you're vexxed with a problem, I'd highly recommend you bring the following items with you so that when your hired help does die in record time you at least won't be in such a bad spot.
Unnus: Purifying Crystal Tear
For those of you possibly still living under a rock or prefer to play on hard mode at all times, there's a wonderful physick that will make the most crucial part of the fight an invitation to do as much damage as you can for free. The Purifying Crystal Tear can be obtained from giving Eleonora, Violet Bloody Finger the Floyd Mayweather technique. This NPC will invade you at Second Church of Marika in Altus Plateau, after you've boxed her up she will drop this item and you'll be on your way to the next step of this loadout.
Duo: Mohg's Shackle
In your various playthroughs of beating up the handicapped and elderly you'll have likely run into everyone's favorite backstabber Patches. If you didn't murder Patches for being such a scumbag in every other iteration of Souls games he'll become a merchant with some handy stuff, key among his wares being Margit's Shackle which in the fight with Totally Not Morgott will briefly stun him and let you simulate beating up the elderly for a few seconds. Just like his brother Mohg also has a shackle, the only catch is it's towards the end of a lengthy and pretty annoying legacy dungeon known as Subterranean Shunning-Grounds. If you can get your hands on this nifty little item you'll be one step closer to the showdown with C0ck Blockula himself.
Tres: Consumables
Whenever you're not playing dodgeball with his weaponized STD's, you'll want to have some extra damage to bring to the fight. Kukri's, Fan Knives, & Blood Pots will all be of good use for this fight and will also help contribute towards the Hemorrhage Proc for your Lord of Blood's Exultation and damaging him. Also yes, surprisingly The Lord of Blood is weak to Bleed of all things

Hired Help & You
While you may be tempted to summon other players, a good alternative to that would be making use of Spirit Ashes as they don't increase the bosses health or damage.
I highly recommend getting your hands on Black Knife Tiche Spirit Ashes, however if you actually value your sanity there are other good alternatives.
Lhutel The Headless, Banished Knight Oleg, Mimic Tear, Bloodhound Knight Floh, Redmane Knight Ogha, or Blackflame Monk Amon.
Closing Thoughts
Hopefully with the help of this guide (or a summon who just Comet Azurs Mohg to death for you) you'll be on your way to setting a new record high for deaths in the DLC.
Mohg is no Malenia but don't underestimate just how fast he can send you back to the Loading Screen, he can very quickly ramp up Hemorrhage on you and his Trident has surprising reach and damage.
Mohg the PDF.File is quite a power house between magic and physical damage, so make sure you're prepared for him so you don't have to burn through all of your Flasks just to try and stay alive.
