Step 1; Finding The Location Of Cliff
Prior to the final section there are only a few specific things you must answer with, both times tell the truth about being a pilgrim (Optional? This is what I did.) Kill the renegades and talk to Damien, do NOT turn him in, and agree to help him find Cliff. Check both rooms (One needs a lock-pick.) and report back to Damien and head off to Devils Bridge.
Step 2; Finding Cliff
Upon reaching Devils Bridge, Find the staircase and go down one flight (three for some loot) and search the floor until you find a hole, jump down and kill the renegades. Go through the door and fight more renegades, once killing all renegades go upstairs and open the door. after killing Cliff exit the building through a door downstairs and head back to the Bazaar.
Step 3; The Final Section
Enter the Bazaar and talk to the man trying to pry a locked door open, after talking to said man (forgot his name sorry) exit the Bazaar and parkour up the church. open the trapdoor and now its time for actual dialogue. These are the answers to save him, Talk to him about life, Threaten to jump as well, and when hes asked about what hes upset about interrupt him, And he should survive!
