Guide To Farming And Using Gifts

What Are Gifts In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

In short, Gifts are unique items that are primarily rewarded to the player upon completing missions or finding glowing pink spheres around the world. These gifts are used mostly on Soul Emblems to increase their friendship and Proficiency levels. The higher your proficiency, the higher your community board level will be and more bonuses you will be able to unlock.

By leveling up your Community Boards, you will have the opportunity to unlock rewards such as bonus EXP, increased attack damage, cheaper purchase prices, and much more.

How To Farm Gifts In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

As you progress through Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, you will quickly learn that gifts play a major part in upgrading your Community Boards. When failing to successfully upgrade your boards, you will be missing out on core bonuses that can significantly change that way that you play the game - whether this is missing out on cheaper items or obtaining less Z-Orbs, these seemly small bonuses can make quite the difference in the long run.

So in order to ensure that you have a sufficient amount of gifts available at all times, here are some of the best ways to obtain Gifts in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.

How To Use Gifts & Upgrade Soul Emblem Friendships And Proficiency

To make the most out of your Soul Emblems, be sure to utilize Gifts as they can be given to other Soul Emblem characters to increase their friendship link and Proficiency to the overall level of the Community Board that they are assigned to.

Much like Proficiency, a high level of Friendship is also very helpful to have as players will frequently be rewarded with useful items.

In order to use Gifts, you will firstly want to make your way to the menu and select the Community section. From there, select Soul Emblems and hover over the emblem of your choice. Once you have your Soul Emblem selected, press Triangle/Y to open up a more detailed menu. Now press X/A to open up the Gift menu and then select the gift that you want to use.
