Introduction
The following is a guide for mostly flesh and steel, clean hands and ghost on very hard difficulty with no purchases (ammo, items or upgrades, although I do purchase brandy for Sokolov) and no use of bone charms or runes. I believe the paths and methods used to be improvable. I had fun making this guide and I hope that it proves to be useful to some.
