You can play this map once you're level 10. Again, if you join a higher leveled lobby, you can get this before you're level 10.

There's a bit of rng involved to get a ghost that has an EMF 5 clue, but you'll likely get it within a few games. Just make sure to grab an EMF at the start since there is a limited number of them.

Excorcise the ghost once.
Exorcising a ghost has different steps for each map, and some new common steps too.
Common steps:
-Read the lost note.
-Collect ghost orbs.
-Collect dead rats and put them in the boiler.
-Upload the data.
Map specific steps:
Abandoned House Cyclone St. Hospital 1. Take a picture of the ghost.
2. Find the silhouette in a chair.
3. Get the ghost to blow out a candle.
4. Find 5 fingers and put them in the receptacles in the basement. 1. Find the time of the ghosts death with the spy glass.
2. Change the time on 3 grandfather clocks to the time of death you found. 1. Find 3 gun parts.
2. Pick up the gun from the front desk.
3. Shoot the ghost during a hunt.

Exorcise the ghost 5 times.
Do the same as 'Metaphysical Intelligence Intern', but 4 more times. Personally, I find exorcisms on Cyclone St. and Hospital the easiest, because for the Abandoned House you need to bring photo camera and a candle. You don't need anything but the default items for the other two maps.

One crucifix costs $2,000. Save up enough to buy two.
Ghost Chaser

Correctly identify the ghost once.
You need 3 pieces of evidence to correctly identify the ghost. Once you have that you lock in your answer in the tablet before leaving or dying, and if you're right, you'll progress this achievement.
Here are all the examples of evidence:

Sometimes the ghost is being stubborn with the last piece of evidence, so you have to guess. The ghosts behavior can give you some clues to its identity to help you narrow it down.

Correctly identify the ghost 3 times.
Use the information from 'Ghost Chaser'. If you play on easy it's not too hard to get the correct ghost, because your sanity drops pretty slowly, so you have more time without getting hunted where you can gather evidence.

You can tell a ghost is hunting when your light flickers and your screen gets staticky. You'll likely die many times trying to get the other achievements so you don't have to do this one intentionally.

Revive your friend with a Tarot Card.
You need to find Tarot Cards on the map. I recommend waiting to use them until the end. The angel card will revive someone who has died, but I managed to get the achievement by just pulling the card even though nobody had died. This achievement is pretty rng based, so just try to be the person holding the Tarot Cards anytime they're on your map.

Take Two Photos of the Ghost.
The camera has to be bought to be able to be used in a game. It costs $1,400. There are events that you can take a picture of the ghost during, but it's easiest during a hunt. The ghost flickers in and out of sight, so you have to time the camera correctly to successfully take a picture.

Load up a game on the Cyclone St. Go to the mounted deer head in the start of the old hallway of the house. It's just on your left. Say "I want to join the cult." Make sure to pronounce the "the".
