How To Do It
This tech requires little to no skill in order to pull off. All you need is a second weapon with a lot of ammo, and spam your swap weapon key while holding down your fire key. It's that easy. I personally recommend doing it on Jules seeing as her shotgun's firing rate is slow as hell, but I did discover that it works on pretty much every character. Bandolier is an absolute must for doing this since you'll absolutely TEAR through ammo like there's no tomorrow but it overall is still a crazy gamebreaking mechanic.
Edit: this obviously doesn't work for Fuji seeing as she can only use the boxing gloves, it kinda works on Digby but I would just stick to using hit bat to build your combo
