To get this ending, you have to find and read the victim's memoir in order.

The first one is in Classrom 1-A:

The third one is in the front of the F2-F3 entrance way:

The fifth one is right outside the Boys' lavatory:

While in the Infirmary, let the black mist grab ahold of Naomi until your health reaches zero.

For this ending, you have to play the chapter like normal except you CANNOT enter Classroom 3-A or read the newspaper inside.
