Tips For Game Play

Collect flowers as much as possible. They are a good gift to give to the npcs. Many like them except for violets which some npcs are allergic to and Charles doesn't like flowers because he is allergic. They are a also a good way to restore energy in the beginning.

Hoard your resources.

Check the errand boards daily. It's an easy way to make money if you have the items already in your inventory.

Rain days are perfect for getting longer task downs. Such as going into the mines or into the ocean for diving.

First fish, bug, or fossil needs to go to the museum. it will help the town rank improve which unlocks more seeds and shops.

The Bath House will refill your energy, so you can do more things. Unlock it as soon as possible. The hot spring is restored the night after the player completes two offerings at lake temple.

Museum

You can donate artifacts, gems, critters, insects, fish and more here. Donations are put on display here. The Museum opens on the third day of Spring of the first year. Each donation will contribute 3 Museum points. On top of that, each completion of the whole set of artifacts, fossils, gems, insects, fish, and ocean critter will contribute 40 Museum points.

A better and bigger version of the museum is available after completing the Pickstarter Launch Quest, also unlocks museum way-point, Soft Bristle Brush, earn 50 Museum points and 70 friendship points with all townies.

How to get all the points to raise your town rankThe town rank points are divided into three categories. Museum, Ocean, and Heritage. Museums points are earned from donations. Ocean points are earned from resorting corals. Heritage points are gained from completing temple offerings.

Museum has a total of 1506 Points you can get. Ocean has a total of 1200 Points you can get. Heritage has a total of 1428 points you can get.Not all of these points are currently attainable

When a player reaches Town Rank A, the Town Hall in the Community Center will unlock the ability to build attractions around the island to promote tourism and boost town rank in pursuit of Town Rank S.There are 10 attractions to build, and each attraction requires a unique combination of items to unlock. The first 7 attractions are available to build when Attractions are unlocked, the final 3 attractions require completion of the Recreation Center. Various townspeople are designated as contractors for each attraction and will be busy for the duration of the build time.

The ocean is home to a variety of corals, fish and other sea life, as well as the merfolk kingdom.The ocean is divided into 5 zones based on their depth and walled off from each other by black growths caused by the oil spill. By resorting the areas by collecting solar orbs and activating the beacons, you unlock access to greater depths.
