In order to start the true never click run, you must wait. This is required because you'll need two "lucky" golden cookies for your first cursor. If you don't have time, close the game and set the time to Christmas to get reindeer, which have higher spawn rates and cookies.
Clicking?
Now that you have a cursor, the game is slower, but otherwise the same. Get more cursors, more grandmas. I got the never and true never click achievement at 15 factories. Which was at the point when I made 1 million cookies total, once you get it, feel free to click!
