Weather can also affect your internet

Or have two monitors and watch steam because if steam signs you out then there you go. Battle net also has maintenence days and server issues.

Some modes have long search times like ground war, invasion etc do not exit the queue.

Other modes exiting queue and researching works.

But you can't control when steam has server issues. Nor can you control battle net or PlayStation or Xbox server issues. Sometimes hackers cause server issues as well nothing you can do on your end.

High Latency = internet speed is affected. Close any other running program or active download. Orange 100 -149 ms, Red 150 - 250+ ms

Latency Variation = out of sync with the game server. Connect your system directly to router to avoid connection variation

Packet burst = connection issue caused by network congestion or a cpu bottleneck. Check your internet connection or lower your graphic settings in game

Exrapolation = client and server are out of sync. Reboot the system. If the issue persists contact your network provider.

Disconnected = you have lost connection to the game server. Client and server are out of sync. Check your internet connection and server status for platform and reboot your system

TRAVIS-RILEA error is a network error, can be server related or your own network is the issue. Make sure your cords to your router and your router power cable/plug is not loose. Then exit game and view steam profile then exit steam. Then relaunch steam and game.

Check here, Packet burst
