Introduction And Tips

Hello people

Welcome to my bow guide

Firstly I want to share my opinion about weapons and bow and give some tips to get better with bow.

Opinion

I'll start from something which I've always considered true - that every single weapon has potential and it only depends on the player. And bow in my view, is one of the best weapons, because if u will play it right, you can beat any weapon.

Definitely, all of this is influenced by experience, and you cant master bow just by watching or reading guides.

Tips

----------

1) GC Dlight might be used as stage recovery option to punish edge guard. But dont forget that u spend ur dodge. But Its easy to hit anyway

2) I saw some people doing GC Dlight on stage, Obviously there's no reason to do so, and its hard to hit, easy to punish, low reward thing.

3) Similar mistake as previous, GC Nlight, I see no reason for that when you have great Nair.

4) Try not use GP offstage and onstage. Bow GP is very slow and hard to hit. You can go for offstage GP only when yours opponent is out of options, and you'r sure that GP will hit

NLIGHT = Neutral Light

SLIGHT = Side Light

DLIGHT = Down Light

NAIR = Neutral Air

DAIR = Down Air

SAIR = Side Air

REC = Recovery

GP = Groundpound

GC = Gravity Cancel

CD = Chase Dodge

LC = Ledge Cancel
