Find a game!

it could be something you like or something you dont

and we are gonna review it!

u might say right now:

"but naf im not good at writing paragraphs about my opinions :("

dont worry!

you will get the hang of it

it doesnt have to be anything fancy just a plain critique!

and try to make it on a popular game or a new release to get more attention on your review!

dont make it satire make it sound serious and genuine

First Method!

start saying how much you dont like the game

but not about the general game!

you need to tell how much you hate or dislike something in it in particular!

it HAS to be your opinion and not a real flaw!

first start with why you dont like it and make it sound very whiny so it pisses people off!

examples!:

the "this little detail" type:

i dont like how ____ is, and i think people should see that its bad and it ruins the experience for me

the "this game is not for me" type

the game doesnt appeal to me and i think this game is overrated because its ____ and i dont like it

the "this game is too hard" type:

i really wanted to enjoy this game but this one ______ is too hard and thats poor game design

the "the comparisson" type:

this game is good but not like ____ which is a way better game and this game should be better

the "it gets boring too fast" type:

the game is good and all but after a little it gets boring and repetitive

and you can make up more stupid whiny stuff like this! just use your imagination!

Step 2:

now that you have your first opening line start ranting about how much you like the game

and make it like 3 to 5 lines long its pretty simple!

then at the end dont reccomend the game!

examples:

-i really wish i could have enjoyed this game but i dont reccomend it for people like me..

-this game is not worth buying or paying for it because i dont like it...

-its a waste of time you could play better games...

-people think this game is good but is poorly designed...

-this game would be good but the free dart monkey is too op...

you did it! now submit your review and wait for those juicy jester points!

this works because how true engagement for the general audience doesnt come from positive but hatefull and negative points of view, people ussually dont think about about the bad stuff that goes unnacounted or overviewed by most people for the simple reason they just like what they enjoy even with its flaws and when someone points that out people start to question and divide wether this opinion is right or just simple hate when its backed up with evidence and experience just like with news nowadays that just show bad stuff because that makes people feel impotent in what they cannot change in their world and talk about it with multiple perspectives and disagree with eachother to keep the one controversial opinion relevant because when something good happens everyone nods and leaves, but when something bad happens someone is to blame which makes people divide in multiple groups all of which want to express their feelings over the situation making them spend more time debating and spending steam points on reactions just to try to prove they feel the other way which shows people love defending their beliefs and opinions so making ragebait is the ultimate form of human attention bait!

Second Method!

this one is pretty hard but more effective than the jester bait!

you need to make a whole fake story on how this game saved you from your depression or a car crash or that it saved your family!

make it reaaaaally long and make it sound serious and genuine because satire is not as effective

be a drama queen and tell how it saved you from depression because your parents were going thru divorce or that you marriage failed or that you or that you made friendships along the way in this wonderful game etc.

be really boohoo waah wahh and people will react with wholesome

make a title then make a separation

examples:

the "savior" type:

this game saved my life...

(later tell you were going to do something bad but the game stopped it)

the "this game is like no other" type:

from all games that i played this game was the only one that made me feel this way...

(tell that youve never felt love or true happiness and this game changed that)

the "this game made me cry" type:

i didnt think a game like this would make me feel this way but on the _______ part/scene i cried...

(then tell that irl this similar thing happened to you and it resonated with you)

the "daddy issue fixer" type:

me and my dad loves this game and it fixed our relationship...

(later tell that you were never close to your parents)

the "loner that got friends" type:

i never had friends in my childhood but this game has such a friendly community where i feel good and safe...

(make a story on how you were bullied for something stupid after this)

anything else that sounds vage and people would like to read just make it up doesnt have to be real

this one is supeer boring

just make up a whole story and blah blah blah make it super long

and yeah people will fall for it like moths to an electric zapper

or you could just copy paste a sad story from reddit and post it as a review people will flood it with wholesome reactions

its easy to fool people!

say something cringe at the end like

-thank you _____ for making my life better...

-i hope this game changed others people life too...

-this game is legendary and i will remember when i played it with my dead brother...

-goodbye ____ community...

-you should buy this game its a life changer...

enjoy your new dozens of wholesome steam reactions!

this works too because people love when someone recovers or is helped by something they support and find that they are doing the right thing like supporting a guy that saves kitties or a corporation that brings water to africa, its like facebook post saying a mailman saved this little girl and everyone will applaud them and show they feel good for them and people will feel the need to respond to it so they feel like they are participating in that good deed, its something nobody can hate and you will get people commenting how good they feel about this happening to them or sharing how they felt the same way, and thats why podcasts, storytimes and relatable content is abundant on the internet because its a really good bait for oblivious people, even if its a lie!

Third Method!

just make a dumb article on any game ig

lf u do something like "how to walk" or "how to open the game" wont work people have seen it too much

be original!

and put effort into it

make a whole steam guide on how a crazy dumb theory could make sense or that a character is secretly evil or that sans undertale might be referenced based on single text

idk make something controversial too

just make it long fundamented and silly and you might catch a decent amount of reactions

but put effort in it or else it wont work
