Step 1
One Note Before We Do Begin.
This does seem to be happening every new season that comes out ( at least for me ), so until the EAC team and/or DICE figure something out, this IS a temporary fix(until next season anyway).
So, we begin.
Make your way to the Battlefield 2042 install folder
(For Steam users : Right click Battlefield 2042, hover over "Manage" and press browse local files)
Go to " EasyAntiCheat " folder and then open EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe.
Once EAC Setup opens up, you are gonna want to press Uninstall in bottom left corner and press install. (This is just the better safety measure, you can just go ahead and press Repair instead or skip this step entirely.)
Step 2
Head on over to your selected platform where you bought Battlefield 2042
For Steam :
Right click Battlefield 2042
Properties
Local Files
and select "Verify integrity of files"
For Origin :
Right click Battlefield 2042
and select "Repair"
For Epic Games Launcher
Right click Battlefield 2042
Manage
and select "Verify"
( I do not have the EA app yet or know ALL of the platforms that 2042 is on, but on all of them, there should be a variation of "Verify" or "Repair" )
End
Assuming you have not been banned for cheating, this will work. Should the problem persist after this, contact EA support. ( https://help.ea.com/en/ )
