TRY
1. if you can open EA app just for you game Click App recovery and it may fix
2. if even EA app doesn't open just go to control panel and find EA app and click uninstall BUT do not uninstall it and just hit the second button repair app and it will fix the problem with the app and then do the first step and everything should work.
