The Process.
Go to your ARSH folder, and find the save data folder, then open it with notepad.
Find the text that says "AccountXP":
Then change the number to whatever you want.
For changing joker and bane's elite's level find their respective xp level text.
Bane: "baneXP":
Joker: "jokerXPlevel":
change it to any number you want then save.
If everything went smoothly, you should get a notification to level up to prestige
click yes and repeat the process.
If you have any issues, comment them.
