Basic Attacking And Countering + Critical Strikes And Throw Countering
Basic attacking in Arkham Knight Can be performed by Left Clicking on Keyboard + Mouse, or on controller by pressing X (Xbox) and Square (Play Station) to perform a Basic Strike.
Countering is a crucial part of combat and can be performed by Right Clicking Keyboard + Mouse, or on controller by pressing Y (Xbox) and Triangle (Play Station) to perform a counter
Critical Strikes are performed by pressing the Basic Strike button as you finish your previous Strike. You will know if you preformed the Critical Strike correctly if you see this pop up in the top left after landing your Strike. (Requires upgrade)
Throw Countering is performed by holding the movement direction of the enemy attacking you when you press the Counter button. You will know if you preformed the Throw Counter correctly if you see this pop up in the top left after performing your throw counter.
Cape Stuns, Beatdowns, Aerial Attacks And Aerial Juggles
Cape Stuns stun the enemy and make it possible to perform Beatdowns, Aerial attacks, Ultra Stuns and Aerial Juggles. Cape Stuns are performed by clicking the Mouse Wheel or Q for controllers B (Xbox) or Circle (Play Station)
Beatdowns are performed by Cape Stunning your enemy followed striking the enemy until knocked out (You are not invulnerable during a Beatdown)
Aerial Attacks are performed by Cape Stunning followed by Pressing Space Bar twice or for controller Press A twice (Xbox) or Press Circle twice (Play Station) Aerial Attacks are used to take down shield opponents. (You are not invulnerable during a Aerial Attacks)
Ultra Stuns are performed by press the Cape Stun button three time in a row, or if you have the upgraded unlocked you could hold done the Cape Stun button to perform and Ultra stun. Another version of the Stun is to Batclaw followed by a Cape Stun.
Aerial Juggles are performed by Ultra Stunning Followed by a Strike. (Upgrade Required)
All Special Combo Takedowns And Disarms + How To Pick Up Enemy Bats
A Special Combo Takedown is performed by pressing Alt + 1 or for controller Counter and Cape Stun at the same time once the Combo bar in the top left goes yellow.
A Special Combo Disarm + Destroy is performed by pressing Alt + 2 or for Controller Strike and Counter at the same time once the Combo bar in the top left goes yellow. (Upgrade Required)
Special Combo Batclaw Takedown is performed by Holding down Quickfire Batclaw (for Keyboard and Mouse you will have to assign this first) for controller hold down Left trigger and counter when the Combo meter in the top left is yellow.
Multi Ground Takedown is performed by pressing Alt + 3 for controller press Cape stun and A (Xbox) Circle (Play Station) when the Combo meter in the top left is yellow. (Upgrade Required)
Enemy Bats can be picked up and used as an alternate to a basic strike with Strike button and Space bar or A (Xbox) Circle (Play Station).
