Aim Lab Best SETTINGS for Aimlabs 2023

Do you want to have the most optimized in-game settings for Aimlabs without any BS?

In this Aimlabs guide I will show you all the settings you NEED to change and also some optional settings.

With these settings it will be way easier to focus on the targets without any distraction.

(this guide will be changed every update to ensure all the new best settings)

1. Settings: Crosshair 💠

Crosshair Settings

So everyone's Crosshair is different and has different type of shapes. I'd recommend to create the same Crosshair as your main FPS game.

These are the settings I have for a small Dot Crosshair:

Tip: change your color of the crosshair to the one you use in-game for better consistency

2. Settings: Targets 🎯

Targets Settings

Targets settings are very important to change. Make sure to change the Target Color to the color of enemies in your Main FPS. Example my main game is Valorant and I have the enemy outline color yellow. So change your Target Color to yellow in Aimlabs. Why? You have trained your eyes & brain to seeing the color yellow as a target. That's why its important.

These are the settings I have for the Targets:

Tip: change the Hit and Miss colors as well. Otherwise you won't know if you're hitting the target and missing it

3. Settings: Audio 🎧

Audio Settings

These setting aren't really important. However I would recommend to turn down the Weapon Volume to ZERO. There are some trackers maps that you have to constantly hold your mouse clicked and it'ss really hard to focus

These are the settings I have for Audio:

Tip: if you're going to play maps for training audio you NEED to turn on Toggle Spawn Sound

4. Settings: Graphics 🚀

Graphics Settings

These settings will ensure the best possible FPS and another SUPER important thing.

Make sure your Resolution and FPS are set to the maximum. Example: my monitor is 2560x1440p with a refresh rate of 144Hz. I'd recommend to put the frame limiter on double your desired FPS. This helps to reduce lag and jitters (for some people).

MOST IMPORTANT SETTING CHANGE IN THIS GUIDE. Turn off all the FX settings except post processing. Other if you leave them all on it's extremely annoying to see all the bullets flying across your screen. This setting should be turned off by default I think.

These are the settings I have for the Graphics:

Tip: Graphics Quality should be set to Fastest only if you planning to have no gun model. Otherwise you gun will look like the Golden Gun for GoldenEye 007.

5 Settings: Visuals 💫

Visuals Settings

These settings are vital to focus easier on hitting the targets without any distractions in the surroundings. I'd recommend to have the color mode set to SingleColor to ensure that there aren't colors in the background. Important setting to change is the texture mode. I'd recommend to have a dark theme and not a colorful or white theme. It's way easier to focus on the targets with the dark background instead of a super white one. Also hide the Shadows because otherwise it's just annoying.

Copy my other settings as well to create a more flatter background.

These are the settings I have for the Visuals:

Tip: there are some really cool workshop themes you could find if you want a personal theme.

6. Settings: Controls 🕹️

Controls Settings

You need to change these settings for the FPS game you are currently playing. Example: for me its Valorant so thats the game profile. Aimlabs automatically changed all the settings. Important that you don't change anything expect your sensitivity and ADS sensitivity. You can use the exact same values as your main FPS.

These are the settings I have for VALORANT Controls:

Tip: if you want to use Aimlabs to train for a different FPS make sure to change the game profile.

7. Settings: Game 🕹️

Game Settings

These settings are optional and can vary between trainer maps. For me I dislike seeing a gun in my screen. Most gun won't look the same and your main gun on your FPS game. So that's why I keep it off. Also, it is way less distracting to have no gun in your screen. You will focus better at your training!

These are the settings I have for Game:

Tip: if you want to use your gun make sure to turn off the weapon recoil. It will be way more fun to use. (you can turn on the FX setting in your Graphics).

8. Settings: Skins 🔫

Skins Settings

Skins on your weapons can be fun to turn on if you're playing with gun models. There are some really cool skins you can unlock by just playing the game or doing certain time limited events like a VALORANT Major for example.

Choose any skin you like:

Tip: be active on the game around game event times to play the special activities to unlock special skins.
