Editing The XML
First, right click 7 days to die on your steam library. Then, Propierties -> Local files -> Open local files. We go to the folder Data -> Config, and we open the file Recipes.xml with notepad, or notepad++ (prefered). Press control F, or find the "Search and replace" function, and the word "learnable" replace it for "" (nothing, blank). After that, save the file and you should be ready to go. Make a copy of the file just in case.
