To unlock this, just simply follow these steps to your happily ever after :
1. Go through the entire gameplay sequence, until Cave reboots.
2. When he fires you both, grow a pair* and say you're not fired, you quit!

4. Margharitas on the beach with the giant head of Cave Johnson!

Note 2 : If you read comments that this guide doesn't work, it's just sour grapes.
